Sam McFadyen
Solicitor
Sam hails from Northern Ireland and has been practising law in London and the South East for over 10 years.
Throughout his career, Sam has specialised in personal injury litigation and, in particular, serious brain and spinal cord injuries.
Sam is a keen supporter of Headway, a charity which assists the victims of brain injury and their families. He has held the post of secretary of Headway London and also chaired Headway South West London whilst he was employed at Irwin Mitchell in London.
Sam runs CWD's personal injury caseload (in certain cases under "no win, no fee" arrangements).
Away from work, Sam is a keen sportsman. He was once described by friends in Ireland as "dribbling like George Best". This was after a particularly long night out!
