CWD's New Family Law Department
18/06/2010 - CWD opens a new department dedicated solely to family law
Following the widely publicised assistance given by CWD to Heather Mills at the time of her separation from Sir Paul McCartney, a new department dedicated solely to family law has been born!
Alison March and Vanessa Macleod have been recruited to run the firms family law department from 1 September 2010. As well as handling ancillary relief proceedings for high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals, our new recruits bring with them a wealth of experience in separation, divorce, non-marital relationships, pre-nuptial agreements and all Childrens Act applications.
