Synopsis - Coyle White Devine was founded by Peter Coyle.
In setting up the firm Peter wanted to provide the corporate sector with niche legal services but at provincial prices.
For four years Peter worked in the City of London as a banking and insolvency litigator. He acted for a number of high street banks and had a spell heading up one bank's debt recovery programme in the United States from a base in New York City.
Peter returned to the UK to get married. He spends his leisure time keeping his 3 children entertained …and supporting West Ham United.
For eight years prior to the inception of Coyle White Devine, Peter was a partner at another local firm heading up the commercial litigation department. Peter has a wealth of experience in commercial dispute resolution. However, as well as litigating cases for clients through the Court, Peter also takes joint instructions from disputing parties to resolve their commercial differences through mediation. To this end, Peter is a CEDR Accredited Mediator.
The expertise in banking and insolvency litigation remains…but Peter’s specialist knowledge extends to the following fields as well:
business disputes
sports disputes
professional negligence claims
contentious probate claims
employment disputes
