Emma is a solicitor at CWD in the firm’s commercial litigation department.
Emma joined CWD as a paralegal in the Autumn of 2014, having obtained a Upper Second Class degree in Law with a year abroad from the University of Sussex in July 2014, spending the third year of her degree studying European and International Law at the University of Uppsala, Sweden.
In July 2016, whilst still working for CWD, Emma obtained her Legal Practice Course qualification with Commendation at the University of Law, London Bloomsbury.
Emma qualified as a Solicitor in March 2018. In her time at CWD, Emma has had the opportunity of working on a wide variety of litigated cases, with particular focus on company law, insolvency and commercial property.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys travelling to new places, keeping fit and trying her creative flare by knitting and sewing. Over the years, Emma has enjoyed the opportunities of volunteering in Thailand, working in the South of France and, she now tries to make as many trips back to Sweden as she can!
